YA’ACOV DARLING KHAN is a best-selling author and reputed healer. He has studied and practised with many famous traditional healers across the world. Ya’Acov was born and raised near Liverpool. His father was an entrepreneur. At the age of seven, he started taking an interest and was attracted to the down-to-earth connection with the spirit world. As he grew up, his desire to explore the world of spirit got broader as if it was a call for him. He gained intensive training and practised how to work as a shaman with spiritual teachers and Elder Shamans from the Sami and Achuar and Sápara peoples of the Amazon. He learned for 18 years to Gabrielle Roth.

After working in this field, he got to know that this being’s soul, speaks the language of dance, ritual and prayer. Ya’Acov feels lucky that he got the chance to help people reawakening a sense of the magic, potential and splendour of creation in them and says that it is a blessing for him. His work is inspiring, contemporary and practical, and his audience consists of people from all walks of life.

Ya’Acov is considered as a practising shaman globally by people whom he has worked with and by elder shamans and communities from the Arctic to the Amazon. He travels the world encouraging people to move beyond their held patterns and self-limiting expectations and discover themselves and their gifts through movement. Throughout his journey, he got to work with some of the extraordinary people

Ya’Acov has spoken to audiences across the globe at some on the most pre-eminent platforms driving the transformation of world culture and sustainability (California’s Esalen organisation, The Embodiment Conference), as part of line-ups which include our most influential voices of spirituality today including Marianne Williamson and Ken Wilber.

He is happily married to Susannah, who is his partner in “Movement Medicine Woman” initiative. With his wife, he Co-Directed “The School of Movement Medicine” and co-authored “Hay House published Movement Medicine”.
