Everything that would expect from one of the lucid dreaming online retreats but with a special focus on meeting & embracing our shadow through lucid dreaming!
In this lucid dreaming shadow retreat Charlie Morley shows us how to utilize the third of our life that we spend sleeping to dream lucidly, embrace our shadow and to train our minds to be “more awake, more aware, and more kind.”
The Shadow is the part of us made up of all that we hide from others: our shame, our fears, our wounds but also our divine spirit, our blinding beauty and our hidden talents.It is a huge source of power and creativity but until we bring it into the light this power will remain untapped and our full potential unreached.
Imagine if we could meet our shadow in personified form in a lucid dream? We can.
The retreat is open to complete beginners (as well as seasoned lucid dreamers) and will include everything you need to learn how to lucid dream and to meet & embrace your shadow.
We will combine a full daily schedule (6 hours on both Saturday and Sunday) with optional night-time practices
