BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This program will be a 7-week course which will take you into the dazzling darkness of the shadow and explain you how to unlock the gold within. This will be done by using ancient methods from Tibetan Buddhism along with contemporary techniques from mindfulness, insight training and Western psychology the viewer is guided through a profound process of transformation.
Charlie Morley is known as a bestselling Hay House author and teacher of both lucid dreaming and shadow work. He has also received “authorisation to teach” in the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in 2008 and also run workshops and retreats in over 20 countries. His books Dreams of Awakening, Lucid Dreaming Made Easy and Dreaming Through Darkness have a translation in 15 different languages.
The Awake Academy is a resource of film-based courses and tools grounded in lucid dreaming, mindfulness, mindful activism, sustainability and other things which will help you wake up the mind.
