CHARLIE MORLEY<\/strong> is a famous author as well as has been working as a teacher of lucid dreaming & shadow integration for 20 years. He lives in London with his wife Jade Shaw, who is an astral projection teacher. He has also gained training and worked as an actor and scriptwriter for a time.<\/p>\n

At the age of 19, Charlie started getting attracted to the Buddhism religion. He converted his religion and became a Buddhist. During that time, Charlie lived at the Kagyu Samye Dzong Buddhist Centre for seven years and completed a three-month solo meditation retreat at Tara Rokpa Centre in 2016.<\/p>\n

Charlie was fond of kickboxing and rapping. He joined Buddhist hip-hop group named Zen Mystery as a rapper. Throughout his 20\u2019s, he ran a break-dance collective and touring as a hip hop MC. In 2008, he obtained authorization to teach within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Since then, he has never looked back.<\/p>\n

Charlie has conducted many workshops and retreats in more than 20 countries over the past ten years. He has written three books which can be found in 15 languages and have been helping people to know about lucid dreaming and mindfulness.<\/p>\n

Charlie got the chance to speak at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, the Ministry of Defence Mindfulness Symposium, The Houses of Parliament, TEDx San Diego and Mindvalley University. With the help of these platforms, he shared his journey, experiences and knowledge with people. In 2018, he was granted the Churchill Fellowship to research Mindfulness-Based PTSD Treatment in Veterans. Charlie also teaches sleep & dream practices to armed forces veterans and civilians who are experiencing stress and trauma-affected sleep patterns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
